12/24/2023 0 Comments Blender sculpting tutorial![]() If I find the time today then I'll try to follow one of these tutorials and just see where that goes. I hope I won't run into the same issues with 3D drawing. wingfoxyiihuu is a professional online learning platform that helps anyone to perfect skills in digital art. I did try to draw in RL a few times, but after never liking my results, I discovered that it really wasn't for me so I learned Blender and did this 3D stuff. The original intent was to turn this documentation into a full tutorial series similar to the Stylized Character Workflow. All this stuff can be learned in an evening, it's the equivalent of knowing what store you can buy pencils from. The main topic will also be on the sculpting and modeling process for animation, instead of the whole workflow of texturing, shading, grooming, rigging and animation. Knowing what button to press to do "auto-retopo" or where the "cloth brush" is without actually knowing what cloth folds look like won't do you any good in terms of actually creating stuff, trying to run before you learn to walk and all that. Drawing is faster to iterate and easier because you're not constrained by 3d technicalities. Same principles apply, like knowing anatomy, working from big to small and breaking up complex forms into simple shapes, except that instead of circles and rectangles you're using spheres and cylinders. Anatomy and From in Blender is a new sculpting course I made that teaches you how to sculpt a character from start to finish and learn about anatomy and form. ![]()
